Perhaps it’s only when the bubble bursts that we learn the real cost of bubbly.  Leftover bottles of a private-label blanc de blancs special cuvee from the now-defunct strip club Scores have turned up at Warehouse Wines & Spirits on Broadway–and at $7.99 a pop, the insouciant little sparkling wine might be better described as a recession-special cuvee.  At Scores a bottle would have cost around $250, lap dance not included.
