Lines in the Sand: Congressional Redistricting in Texas and the Downfall of Tom DeLay (Steve Bickerstaff)

The story of the “perfect storm” which swept a majority into the Texas Legislature for the first time since Reconstruction.  I’ve heard differing opinions on the veracity of some of Bickerstaff’s specifics, most notably whether DeLay or Craddick was the true evil genius.   Whatever.  The book is  clear and well researched, not to mention a helluva “can you believe that shit” page turner.
